CONDICIONES GENERALES DE ALQUILER TIEMPO DE DURACIÓN

El contrato de alquiler finalizará en la fecha señalada en las condiciones particulares, salvo que antes de que expire el
término convenido el arrendatario solicite su prórroga y acepte Airport Car 2023, S.L., en cuyo caso se hará constar en el
correspondiente apartado de las condiciones particulares, o se realizará un nuevo contrato de alquiler o anexo vigente.
TARIFAS, LIQUIDACIÓN Y PAGO
A) El precio del alquiler ha sido fijado de acuerdo con las tarifas vigentes, sin incluir el IVA ni el combustible, cuyo pago
corresponde al arrendatario.
B) Airport Car 2023, S.L. podrá solicitar al arrendatario como previsión de fondos una cantidad que cubra el coste mínimo
del alquiler en base al tiempo, kilometraje, franquicias y servicios previstos, y un depósito que cubra las posibles
incidencias o cargos que puedan generarse. Dicho importe será libremente asignado por Airport Car 2023, S.L.,
exigiéndose la garantía que considere oportuna. El importe mencionado no podrá aplicarse al pago de cualquiera de las
rentas, ni constituirá dispensa alguna para el arrendatario del íntegro cumplimiento de sus obligaciones.
C) El pago definitivo se efectuará una vez devuelto el vehículo, tras practicarse la oportuna liquidación entre las
cantidades anticipadas, el precio total del alquiler y los cargos o gastos repercutibles por cualquier concepto, o cobro por
reabastecimiento de combustible si devuelve el vehículo con menos cantidad de la que se le entregó. En este mismo
acto, se liquidará y abonará el importe pactado por kilómetro adicional. El arrendatario autoriza a Airport Car 2023, S.L. a
adeudar todos los cargos resultantes de este contrato, según el sistema de pago reflejado en el anverso de este
contrato.
D) En el caso de que el arrendatario ordenara que los cargos se facturen a un tercero y esto fuese aceptado por Airport
Car 2023, S.L., dicha obligación será solidaria para ambos en el caso de impago por parte del tercero asignado.
E) El precio pactado será revisado al inicio de cada año según la variación sufrida por el índice de precios al consumo.
Además, en el caso de haber sufrido uno o dos siniestros de culpa, se aplicará el IPC más un 2%. Si la media es de más
de dos siniestros, se aplicará el IPC más un 4%.
RECEPCIÓN, DEVOLUCIÓN, UTILIZACIÓN Y MANTENIMIENTO DEL VEHÍCULO
A) Las entregas y recogidas del vehículo se efectuarán siempre en las instalaciones de Airport Car 2023, S.L.
B) El vehículo se entrega en perfectas condiciones de funcionamiento, declarando el arrendatario haberlo examinado a
su entera satisfacción, en todos sus elementos, incluido el motor, dirección, carrocería, frenos y neumáticos, por lo que
declara expresamente que ninguna responsabilidad incumbe a la empresa arrendadora por cualquier siniestro,
inconveniente, retraso o dificultad que sobreviniere como usuario del vehículo de referencia, al mismo o a sus ocupantes.
En el momento de la entrega, el cliente deberá firmar el documento (contrato) que especificará la entrega del vehículo y
el estado del mismo.
C) Airport Car 2023, S.L. no será responsable de ninguna omisión o demora de la entrega de vehículos que sea
imputable al suministrador o fabricante.
D) El cliente mantendrá el vehículo en perfectas condiciones, tanto internas como externas, de acuerdo con la normativa
legal y las instrucciones del fabricante para su uso y mantenimiento, y se compromete a controlar perfectamente el
funcionamiento correcto del cuentakilómetros.

E) El hecho de que un vehículo no pueda ser utilizado por cualquier razón no imputable a Airport Car 2023, S.L., no
podrá ser invocado por el cliente como motivo para no cumplir con sus obligaciones de pago.
F) Airport Car 2023, S.L. se encargará de la administración de todos los gastos normales relativos al mantenimiento y
reparaciones, incluyendo el cambio de aceite, lubricantes, líquidos, repuestos y mano de obra, de acuerdo con los
procedimientos recomendados por el fabricante y previa solicitud de autorización.
G) Se pacta expresamente que quedan excluidos de la administración los costes correspondientes a los lavados,
pinchazos, la reposición de moquetas o alfombras del suelo y el mantenimiento y reparación de los accesorios que
hayan sido instalados por el cliente.
AVERÍAS, PÉRDIDAS O DAÑOS
A) Las averías producidas por negligencia del conductor, las producidas por golpes en bajos, por no seguir las
instrucciones del fabricante como sus respectivos mantenimientos, o las agravaciones resultantes de no respetar las
alertas indicadas por los instrumentos de abordo (marcadores de temperatura, aceite y testigos de parada inmediata,
etc.), error en el carburante, gripajes de motor, entrada de agua, mal uso de embrague, roturas de correas por exceso de
barro, frenos y daños derivados del exceso de suciedad/barro, serán por cuenta íntegra del cliente, así como los
pinchazos y daños causados a los neumáticos y llantas y daños en tapicerías y/o salpicadero. Daños causados ajenos al
tráfico rodado: choque contra objetos estáticos (puente, columnas, y causados al techo o partes superiores por árboles,
puertas, etc.). El cliente autoriza a que las mismas puedan ser cargadas según el sistema de pago que tenga acordado
con Airport Car 2023, S.L.
B) Asimismo, serán por cuenta del cliente la pérdida, rotura de llaves o mandos, y la pérdida de gato, llaves de rueda,
antena, tapacubos, triángulos, escobillas y el tapón de gasolina.
MULTAS Y SANCIONES
El cliente releva a Airport Car 2023, S.L. de toda responsabilidad por multas, sanciones o reclamaciones que pudieran
resultar de cualquier infracción o violación de las disposiciones legales aplicables en relación con el uso y estado de los
vehículos. SEGUROS El vehículo está cubierto por el seguro de responsabilidad obligatoria y el de responsabilidad civil.
Airport Car 2023, S.L. no se responsabilizará de la pérdida o daños de bienes dejados en el vehículo durante el período
de alquiler. Dichos bienes son absolutamente responsabilidad del arrendatario. En caso de accidente, queda a cargo del
arrendatario el importe de la franquicia. El seguro no abarca cualquier conductor que no esté en posesión del permiso de
conducir vigente, cuando el conductor no esté en condiciones normales, por ingestión de alcohol, drogas u otra causa. El
arrendatario será único responsable de los daños causados. El arrendatario está obligado, en caso de accidente, a
obtener los datos completos de las partes contrarias y los detalles del siniestro, cumplimentando un parte de accidente
con fecha, lugar, hora, detalles, bien cumplimentado y firmado por ambas partes. Informar a Airport Car 2023, S.L., en un
plazo de 24 horas del accidente y enviar o entregar el parte dentro de este plazo.
PROHIBICIONES
El arrendatario no podrá: Conducir el vehículo en Ceuta, Melilla y en el extranjero (fuera de España). Destinarlo a usos
fraudulentos o actividades ilegales. Subarrendar el vehículo. Remolcar otro vehículo o enseñar/hacer prácticas de
conducir, tomar parte en carreras, competiciones o cederlo a un tercero ajeno al contrato. Manipular elementos del
vehículo tales como: radio y equipo de música, manos libres (parrot, etc.), localizador, antenas y placas. El vehículo
puede llevar sistema de localización. Cualquier acto anteriormente mencionado e incumplimiento de las condiciones
descritas se penalizará con un importe de 600€ a abonar por el cliente.

RÉGIMEN JURÍDICO
Las cuestiones que se susciten con motivo de este contrato, entre arrendatario y arrendador, son de la competencia de
los Tribunales y Juzgados de Barcelona.
RETENCIÓN O RETIRO DEL VEHÍCULO
Cualquier vehículo retenido o retirado por un organismo oficial supondrá la pérdida de la fianza en su totalidad.
INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE SOBRE SU RESERVA PREPAGO
Los planes prepagos están sujetos a los siguientes cargos por cancelación y no presentación. Tenga en cuenta que las
tarifas de cancelación que se enumeran a continuación nunca excederán el monto total pagado por adelantado: En caso
de cancelación de la reserva, se cobrará una tarifa de 147,85€. El importe restante del prepago será reembolsado al
arrendatario. No hay reembolsos por no presentarse: no habrá reembolsos si no recoge su vehículo (no se presenta) o
cancela después de la hora de recogida programada. No se otorgarán reembolsos por días de alquiler no utilizados: no
se otorgará ningún reembolso ni crédito por la parte no utilizada de la reserva de alquiler. No se permitirán
modificaciones a las reservas de prepago. Para consultar el importe total prepago de su alquiler, consulte su
confirmación de reserva por correo electrónico. Este importe incluye el costo del alquiler del vehículo y cualquier servicio
adicional que haya seleccionado durante el proceso de reserva. Si ha optado por los productos de cobertura, estos
también estarán detallados. Requisitos para recoger el vehículo: Una tarjeta de crédito válida a nombre del arrendatario
para cubrir la tarifa prepaga, así como cualquier cargo adicional que pueda surgir durante el período de alquiler. Una
licencia de conducir válida y reconocida en España, emitida hace al menos un año y en el mismo nombre que la tarjeta
de crédito utilizada. Un documento de identificación oficial (como un pasaporte o DNI) que coincida con el nombre en la
tarjeta de crédito y la licencia de conducir. Si tiene alguna pregunta sobre la tarifa prepaga de su alquiler o necesita

GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS DURATION
The rental contract will end on the date indicated in the specific conditions, unless the lessee requests an extension
before the agreed term expires and Airport Car 2023, S.L. accepts it. In this case, it will be noted in the corresponding
section of the specific conditions, or a new rental contract or valid annex will be made.
RATES, SETTLEMENT, AND PAYMENT
A) The rental price has been set according to the current rates, excluding VAT and fuel, which are the responsibility of the
lessee.
B) Airport Car 2023, S.L. may request from the lessee, as a fund provision, an amount covering the minimum rental cost
based on time, mileage, deductibles, and planned services, and a deposit covering any incidents or charges that may
arise. This amount will be freely assigned by Airport Car 2023, S.L., requiring the guarantee it deems appropriate. The
mentioned amount cannot be applied to the payment of any of the rents, nor will it constitute any waiver for the lessee of

the full compliance with its obligations.
C) The final payment will be made once the vehicle is returned, after the appropriate settlement between the anticipated
amounts, the total rental price, and the charges or expenses chargeable for any reason, or refueling charge if the vehicle
is returned with less fuel than provided. At this same time, the agreed amount for each additional kilometer will be settled
and paid. The lessee authorizes Airport Car 2023, S.L. to debit all charges resulting from this contract, according to the
payment system reflected on the front of this contract.
D) In the event that the lessee requests that the charges be invoiced to a third party and this is accepted by Airport Car
2023, S.L., such obligation will be joint and several for both parties in case of non-payment by the assigned third party.
E) The agreed price will be reviewed at the beginning of each year according to the variation suffered by the consumer
price index. In addition, if one or two accidents due to the lessee’s fault have occurred, the CPI plus 2% will be applied. If
the average is more than two accidents, the CPI plus 4% will be applied.
RECEPTION, RETURN, USE, AND MAINTENANCE OF THE VEHICLE
A) Vehicle deliveries and pickups will always be made at the facilities of Airport Car 2023, S.L.
B) The vehicle is delivered in perfect working condition, and the lessee declares to have examined it to their entire
satisfaction, including all its elements such as the engine, steering, bodywork, brakes, and tires, therefore expressly
stating that no responsibility lies with the leasing company for any accident, inconvenience, delay, or difficulty that may
arise as a user of the referenced vehicle, to it or its occupants. At the time of delivery, the customer must sign the
document (contract) specifying the delivery of the vehicle and its condition.
C) Airport Car 2023, S.L. will not be liable for any omission or delay in the delivery of vehicles that is attributable to the
supplier or manufacturer.
D) The customer will keep the vehicle in perfect condition, both internally and externally, in accordance with legal
regulations and the manufacturer’s instructions for its use and maintenance, and agrees to properly monitor the
odometer’s correct operation.
E) The fact that a vehicle cannot be used for any reason not attributable to Airport Car 2023, S.L. cannot be invoked by
the customer as a reason for not fulfilling their payment obligations.
F) Airport Car 2023, S.L. will be responsible for the administration of all normal expenses related to maintenance and
repairs, including oil changes, lubricants, fluids, spare parts, and labor, following the manufacturer’s recommended
procedures and upon request for authorization. G) It is expressly agreed that the costs corresponding to washes,
punctures, replacement of carpets or floor mats, and the maintenance and repair of accessories installed by the customer
are excluded from the administration.
BREAKDOWNS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES
A) Breakdowns caused by the driver’s negligence, those caused by underbody impacts, failure to follow manufacturer’s
instructions such as respective maintenance, or exacerbations resulting from not respecting the alerts indicated by
onboard instruments (temperature gauges, oil, and immediate stop signals, etc.), fuel errors, engine seizures, water
ingress, clutch misuse, belt breaks due to excessive mud, brakes, and damages derived from excessive dirt/mud, will be

entirely at the customer’s expense, as well as punctures and damage caused to tires and rims, and damage to upholstery
and/or dashboard. Non-traffic-related damages: collision with static objects (bridges, columns), and damages to the roof
or upper parts caused by trees, doors, etc. The customer authorizes these charges to be debited according to the
payment system agreed with Airport Car 2023, S.L.
B) Likewise, the customer shall be responsible for the loss, breakage of keys or remotes, and the loss of jack, wheel
wrench, antenna, hubcaps, triangles, wipers, and fuel cap.
FINES AND PENALTIES
The customer releases Airport Car 2023, S.L. from all liability for fines, penalties, or claims that may result from any
infringement or violation of applicable legal provisions regarding the use and condition of the vehicles.
INSURANCE
The vehicle is covered by mandatory liability insurance and civil liability insurance. Airport Car 2023, S.L. will not be liable
for the loss or damage of goods left in the vehicle during the rental period. Such goods are entirely the responsibility of
the lessee. In case of an accident, the lessee is responsible for the deductible amount. The insurance does not cover any
driver not in possession of a valid driving license, when the driver is not in normal condition, due to alcohol, drugs, or
another cause. The lessee will be solely responsible for any damages caused. In case of an accident, the lessee is
obligated to obtain complete data from the opposing parties and details of the incident, completing an accident report with
date, place, time, details, properly completed, and signed by both parties. Inform Airport Car 2023, S.L., within 24 hours
of the accident and send or deliver the report within this period.
PROHIBITIONS
The lessee may not: Drive the vehicle in Ceuta, Melilla, and abroad (outside of Spain). Use it for fraudulent purposes or
illegal activities. Sublease the vehicle. Tow another vehicle or demonstrate/practice driving, participate in races,
competitions, or lend it to a third party not party to the contract. Tamper with vehicle elements such as: radio and music
system, hands-free (parrot, etc.), locator, antennas, and plates. The vehicle may have a tracking system installed. Any of
the aforementioned acts and failure to comply with the described conditions will be penalized with an amount of €600 to
be paid by the customer.
LEGAL REGIME
The issues arising from this contract, between lessee and lessor, are under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona.
RETENTION OR REMOVAL OF THE VEHICLE
Any vehicle detained or removed by an official agency will result in the loss of the deposit in its entirety. I
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PREPAID RESERVATION

Prepaid plans are subject to the following cancellation and no-show charges. Please note that the cancellation fees listed
below will never exceed the total amount paid in advance: In the event of reservation cancellation, a fee of €147.85 will be
charged. The remaining amount of the prepayment will be refunded to the lessee. There are no refunds for no-shows:
there will be no refunds if you fail to pick up your vehicle (no-show) or cancel after the scheduled pickup time. No refunds
will be granted for unused rental days: no refund or credit will be granted for the unused portion of the rental reservation.
No modifications to prepaid reservations will be allowed. To check the total prepaid amount of your rental, please refer to
your booking confirmation email. This amount includes the cost of the vehicle rental and any additional services you
selected during the booking process. If you opted for coverage products, these will also be detailed. Requirements for
picking up the vehicle: A valid credit card in the lessee’s name to cover the prepaid fee, as well as any additional charges
that may arise during the rental period. A valid driver’s license recognized in Spain, issued at least one year ago and in
the same name as the credit card used. An official identification document (such as a passport or ID card) matching the
name on the credit card and driver’s license. If you have any questions about the prepaid rate of your rental or need to
